The Maokong Gondola closes Mondays and New Year’s Eve; hours may vary during festivals, events, or seasonal weather.

On-site usage
- Board at Maokong Gondola, Taipei Zoo Station, 8 Section 2, Xinguang Rd, Wenshan District, Taipei City.
- Show your ticket to station staff before boarding.
- The zoo shuttle train operates one-way; transfer at Bird Park Station is required to travel between Zoo South Station and Train Terminal.
