Children under 3 get in free, no ticket needed.
On-site usage
- Go to access number 6 and get your smartphone ticket scanned
- This ticket is valid for 120 days
- This ticket is valid for a single entry
- This ticket cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or discounts at the zoo ticket office
After your visit
- The zoo is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by the duplication of the ticket and entry to duplicate tickets may be refused
- It is forbidden to sell the ticket or use it for any commercial or promotional purposes
- There is no refund, exchange or extension of ticket validity
- Please be aware of the rules inside the zoo
- Please check the attraction’s schedule before your visit
